Rooglewood Fairy Tale Contest Cover Reveal

Today is the day you've been waiting for
 the reveal of the cover for the Final Fairy Tale Contest.

I know final sounds so sad, but the fun and anticipation
is just beginning with the cover and theme reveal.

For entrants, it is the seed that will birth a story.

For readers, it is the hint of what is to come.

To start with you need a theme...

And this year's theme is Snow White and

Rooglewood Press invites you to join the adventure of the 
Five Poisoned Apples creative writing contest!


Then you need a cover worthy of the theme.
But before the cover is revealed here is a little bit
about the cover.

What is World's Best Story?

"This is not just a literary contest, we're looking for stories that will be consumed in multiple media formats – from books to the big screen and beyond," says Vincent Salera, founder of World's Best Story. "Our goal is to revolutionize the traditional literary contest and identify a story with blockbuster appeal. We're looking for a story that audiences will love and help authors turn that story into trans-media franchises, which is why we're empowering readers to judge the contest."

How does it work?

Readers will vote for stories and awarded judges will declare the final Top 10 winners.

What are the prizes?

The top 3 winners will receive a full publishing package by FriesenPress, trademark protection in the U.S. and Canada by IP agency Benoit and Cote, a virtual book tour by Laura Fabiani of iRead Book Tours as well as consulting/marketing services with book expert Anne Chaconas of BadAss Marketing. Busbud and YoDough will be providing lots of goodies for both writers and readers.

Rogglewood Press Writing Contest ~ Theme and Cover Reveal

Rooglewood Press is delighted to introduce 

their third fairy tale novella contest—

Five Magic Spindles

a collection of “Sleeping Beauty” stories







The challenge is to write a retelling of the beloved fairy tale in any genre or setting you like. Make certain your story is recognizably “Sleeping Beauty,” but have fun with it as well. Make it yours!

Rooglewood Press will be selecting five winners to be published in the Five Magic Spindles collection, which will be packaged up with the phenomenal cover you see here. Maybe your name will be one of the five listed?
